Personal

The IDE extension is free. AI requires a verified account and sufficient credits on any plan.

The first calendar month is free, then 3.50 USD per month including taxes, automatically renewed until cancelled. Personal includes 50 AI credits per trial or confirmed paid period. Unused monthly credits expire.

The checkout shows the actual first charge date and total before confirmation. A trial is available once; returning customers must review the immediate charge shown by checkout.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel renewal on the subscription page linked from your account, including regions where new purchases are unavailable. Cancel before trial expiry to avoid the first charge. Cancellation at period end keeps access until that date and preserves bonus and purchased credits. Uninstalling the extension does not cancel a subscription.

Free credits have no cash value. Voluntary cancellation or account deletion does not refund unused purchased credits, except where required by applicable law or Polar rules. Order refunds and subscription cancellation are separate actions.

Regional availability

In the EU/EEA the local editor is available without new registration, AI or purchases; optional product and website analytics requires your explicit consent. Refusing or withdrawing analytics consent leaves the editor available. In Russia, Belarus and when the region cannot be verified, the local editor is available without new registration, AI, purchases or product analytics. Existing users retain sign-in for their existing data, privacy requests, deletion and cancellation; support and local export remain available. AI credits and Personal require compliance with the OpenAI and Polar rules described in the privacy policy.

Account deletion

Deletion stops future billing before completing removal and forfeits all remaining credits. Cancellation and deletion do not require acceptance of new terms. Minimal purchase and consent records may be retained separately from your account for audit.

Payments are sold and processed by Polar as Merchant of Record, under Polar Buyer Terms. Mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal rights, remain unaffected. Contact support for duplicate, unauthorized or incorrect charges and unavailable services.

Rejecting analytics does not delete diagrams or sign you out. You can remove local diagrams in the library. The policy lists storage entries and their durations.

With your permission, usage events are sent to PostHog (EU) to help improve the site.

Data, provider and retention

We collect allowlisted editor, sign-in, plan and AI interactions; fixed page categories; page duration; and only utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign labels restricted to 64 letters, digits, hyphens or underscores. Do not put personal data in campaign labels. We discard full URLs, other query parameters, referrers, advertising click IDs, original IP addresses and user agents. After consent, this tab stores a random visit identifier and the first valid campaign labels in sessionStorage. A visit expires after 30 minutes without a tracked event or 24 hours at most. Events pass through our server to PostHog EU under a random identifier separate from your account, with a minimal technical profile for deletion. No account linking, device fingerprinting, automatic click collection or session replay. Your choice lasts 180 days on this browser and origin. Withdrawal immediately stops new events, clears visit/campaign storage and requests deletion of linked history; queued is not confirmed erasure. Necessary sign-in and local diagrams continue to work. Earlier identifiers may remain only to complete deletion.
